Raising up leaders who love Brooklyn and love the church is key to our church planting strategy. BCP offers two internship programs: Pastoral Ministry Track and Lay Leader Track. The Pastoral Ministry Track is a two year program that focuses on theological and pastoral training for urban ministry. The Lay Leader Track is a one year program which blends both theological study with practical ministry experience.
